Our business terms are clear. Please note them before buying.

1) ALl domain names are sold as is.

2) All domains are sold strictly on a paid-for basis. Domains will only be transferred to you (or the nominated new owner) once cleared funds have been received. We will not enter into any negotiation of these terms. All payments MUST be made in cleared GBP Sterling.

3) Once a domain has enterred the Open SRS transfer system for you to accept its transfer we cannot accept any responsibility for the domain not transferring to your account within a given time. The time taken to transfer the domain veries between registrar.

4) Once a domain has successfully transferred away from Good domains for sale, we no longer become responsibile for its upkeep, registration or what the domain is used for and any consequences that may be incurred to any party from its used or missuse.

5) We (Good domains for sale) or any associated company or directors thereof do not accept any responsibility for a domains use once sold.
